FAQ: Platonic Hugs and Cuddles.

1. What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is very important to us. Client information and identity is not shared in any way with no chance of it being shared in the future either.

2. Is anyone welcome to become a client?

Anyone is welcome to become a client and the professional cuddler of your choice will accept you just as you are.

3. Is there a client agreement?

All clients must sign an agreement agreeing that no sexual activity of any kind with snugglers will take place. Read our Contract by clicking here. We are unable to provide service for anyone unable to agree the contract.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Each practitioner will have their own cancellation policy. However, If you cancel multiple appointments within 12 hours of a session and want another session in the future, you may be asked to prepay for the next session online OR pay a $40 cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 2 hours of a session or don’t show up and want another session in the future, you must prepay for the next session online AND pay a $40 cancellation fee.

5. How can I set up an appointment?

Visit the contact us page and fill out the form as best you can. After that, we will contact you via your preferred method of choice andschedule a session between you and the snuggler(s) you have picked.

6. How is payment handled?

Payment is given at the beginning of the session or before the session using an online or over the phone payment method. We provide faster service for prepayment made online. We accept cash, credit card, debit card.

7. Where do we snuggle and does distance from my snuggler choice matter?

Each cuddler profile has information on if they are willing to go to your residence (outcall) or you go to theirs (incall). If a cuddler can only do outcall, and you are unable to have them at your residence, you may purchase a hotel/motel room, or cuddle at a public place such as a movie theater or park. We do not allow sessions in vehicles. If your distance from your chosen snuggler is quite far, the session time needs to be equal or greater than the total travel time.

8. What clothing should I wear for my session?

You may wear anything that you find comfortable as long as it covers up your private areas. A minimum of shorts and a t-shirt is required for BOTH people. As a platonic companionship service we don’t want to give the wrong impression by wearing anything less than the stated minimum.

9. Can I talk during my session?

Talking is completely up to you. Our cuddlers would be happy to listen and have a conversation with you if you so choose.

10. Do we have to only cuddle?

Cuddlers are there for you and will do what it takes to bring you happiness through platonic companionship. You can give each other gifts, play games, have a meal, or anything you want as long as it stays platonic.

11. What training do your snugglers receive?

All professional snugglers are well versed in “The Cuddle Sutra”, which is a book detailing over 50 cuddling positions. We only hire caring individuals that want to do this profession to help others.

12. Is snuggling a therapy?

It is considered to be an alternative therapy labeled as touch therapy. It is also synonymous with the phrases, professional cuddling and professional snuggling. Read about the health benefits of touch therapy by clicking on Benefits.

13. What is your policy regarding hygiene?

We ask that you shower and brush your teeth before the appointment. We also ask that you avoid perfume and cologne. Our cuddlers will be doing the same. If you request them to wear a specific scent, let them know before the session, and obtain that bottle of perfume, cologne, etc for them.

14. What if I become aroused?

It is a completely natural, but keep in mind that no sexual activity of any kind will take place. If it happens, you can take a break or change positions if you would like.

15. What if I become uncomfortable or want to stop?

You are free to stop the session at any time for any reason.

16. Do I have to tip?

It is up to you.
